Swollen feet
I had a bike accident two days ago. I fell from the bike and couldn't stand properly on my left foot. Soon I reached the hospital and got first aid and a detailed x-ray. Doctors didn't find any fracture or broken in the bone. They suspected this ligament injury and advised for rest, ice, compression and elevation. I'm following the same and taking proper medicine also. Now my left foot is swollen and I noticed redness. What could be the reason and what remedies should I follow, please suggest.
