Regarding my height
I am 18yr and 9month old boy. I have short height of 161cm. Which pills or supplement would you recommend me. My mother is 158cm and father is 176cm tall.

At your age, it is unlikely you will grow anything more than 1-2cm at the most over the next year. Almost all of your growth is done.
There is no other way of increasing your height. I would advice you to have a healthy diet nd exercise regularly. This will help you stay fit and trim. Also dressing in the correct way will help.
Do not let your height affect your self confidence in any way. Work towards a good profession, stay healthy, stay active and keep a positive attitude.
