For past 3 to 4 months I am suffering from knee pain in my right leg. This pain occurs only when I sit and srand up in the Indian style rest room even for 5 mins. The pain will be so sever that I won't be able to walk for few minutes. Gradually the pain decreases and become normal after some time. Please help me what treatment I need to undergo..

I have injury in left knee, my MRI report says my Acl is tear, today my knee acl surgery, what is better for me?

I hurt my knee 3 months back while playing football. The MRI revealed that there is intracellular fluid collection in the proximal 1/3rd of the Anterior Cruciate ligament suggestive of ganglion. After the initial assessment from my orthopedic doctor, I was referred to a physiotherapist who recommended some strengthening exercises like straight leg raises, heel slides and other hamstring stretched. I have been doing these exercises for the last 2 months and in the last 2 weeks I have started to run and play tennis with no mechanical difficulty. But there is occasional pain if the heel hits the ground too hard or if there is slight twisting movement. Walking is now normal but straightening the knee after a long duration of sitting is painful. While sitting cross legged the hip gets activated and on relaxing the hip, there is tremendous pain in the knee. What should I do? Is surgery necessary to eradicate pain completely restoring complete movement and pre injury leg state?Please guide

I've been having constant pain since the last 3 days. Specially around the spinal area. The level of pain is so intense that it effects my mobility. Need to speak to a relevant doctor who can resolve my issue. I feel this problem is related to the nerves in my body.

I have got MRI scan and is mentioned as "Edema with signal heterogeneity and discontinuity of the fibers of the anterior cruciate ligament is noted". How severe is this. Can it be cured with medication and rest or requires any surgery?
