Hi.. I would like to have a much more clear picture of your pain to guide your precisely.. I would like to know.. The area of the pain... How it occurred.. How bad the pain is.. How do you fell... Is there any movement restrictions... Only weight bearing activities are painful or non weight bearing also painful.. Was there any sudden give way of the foot if so which side... Share with us the x ray report as well I would suggest you to kindly do lot if icing in your painful area.. Keep your foot compressed with a compression bandage or crepe...should be firm enough...nit tight.. Keep it elevated in the night... Not to walk too much to allow the healing to happen...
