Increased frequency in gout attacks
I usually get a gout attack 1-3 times a year, depending on how well I maintain my water intake and if I injure my joints when I play. But this month, I first got a gout attack when I sprained my ankle (on the same ankle) and then a week later, on the knee. Need to understand if there Isa longer term solution to the problem.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Sir ..yes there is longer term solutions ..but fr that some advanced steps needs to take .. That is dry needling on lymphtaics system alomg with myoskeltal regions. . Cupping therapy (wet/dry)both ways for detoxification and kinesio taoing for prevention in muscular injurues due to physiological damage without arresting any movements..and ..mobilizatiins of all small joints of foot ankle and knee..

i these treatment will ease the symptoms and the actual cause too as we wrk on lymphtICS.....followed by strength training exercise..
