Gout attack happened 4-5 times in last 3-4 months only in the big toe of left foot. Take goutnil whenever attack occurs.

Uric acid medications should be taken for a longer time , not just at time of gout attacks.
Next Steps
Get serum acid levels tested. Avoid soyabeen,tomato,brinjal , green leafy vegetables and yellow dal in diet
Health Tips
Prefer Febuxostat( uricostatic ) medicine over uricosuric medicines.
