Acute Gout attack
Hi,I am 32yrs male.I got an acute gout attack since last 2days and taking calcoichin 0.5mg 3tms as per doctor prescription for 5days and then Zyloric 100mg for a month.So it is 2 days now that I am taking the medicines.The right foot is swelled and inflammation is there.Pain is reducing but I am still unable to walk as the base of the foot is so tender.Could you please let me know the how days this pain will be there and when I will be able to walk. My Uric acid level is 10.3 and X ray-NAD. Tx.

Hi, you need better medication to reduce uric acid level and pain, tab signoflam twice daily after meal, tab deflazacort 6mg twice daily after meal, tab pan d twice daily before meal for 5day and continue zyloric for 1 week
