Bone & Muscle problems

I am having pain in my elbow and wrist joint of right hand for last one month. I feel pain when I hold some heavy thing or if I move my hand quickly like playing or any others activity . Please advise.

Having leg pain for more than a month.for past 2 days slight back above butt.while touching felt small bump.pain is not constant but uncomfortable.
