Bone & Muscle problems

My mother have been suffering from joint pain in all body joints and swelling also for ten years. from 1 week she has been suffering from fever also... treatment is going on but no progress in condition..what should we do and where should we go to ?

My father has swelling in both legs. This is been there for 2 weeks now. He had a slight twist around the knee. Since then there is a swelling. We did blood tests after our family doc told us and all tests were normal but the swelling is not reducing. We don't know the cause. Any help would be welcome.

I have a pain in the vein and the calf muscle get crumble n numb in the right side feet often. The pain get more intense in the vein when I sneeze.some time muscle pulls.

While babysitting yesterday messing around the child bit my wrist and it was right between the two bones, instantly my pointer and middle finger went numb. It's been three days since and still numb but now most of the upper part of my hand and fingers are numb also in the wrist area I touch between two bones and it's tingling moving my pointer fingers feels like I'm stretching my veins

My younger kid having some pain in left hand(Palm or Wrist) since morning. She might hit something while playing. We don't know what happened. Even she can't say what she did as she is just 3 years old. How to cure. Is there any Spray or ointment. Please advise.
