Need detailed history and assessment of the neck and arm, sounds like Nerve Sensitivity and such symptoms wont settle with pain killers. You need Manual therapy and a dedicated exercise program.
Next Steps
See a musculoskeletal or sports physiotherapist, if in in Mumbai find Flex Physiotherapy Centre, Babulnath.
Health Tips
Avoid lifting heavy weights, sleeping on the affected arm and sitting for long with neck unsupported.
