Pain in back side of thigh
My father is suffering from sugar, 3 years before he has some problem in the back side of left thigh, doctors in patna called it as sciatica problem and treatment took place there. Recently again there is some pain in his thigh. What should I do? I am staying in Mumbai.

It's not a true scitica.   It's called piriformis syndrome sir ..Looks like sciatica but here major faulty structure is your muscle's of gluteal region. . Especially piriformis. .G.maximus and medius.. So plz CHK your​ father to a manual therapy expert physiotherapist
