Continuous pain in hand
My wife is having constant pain in left hand and wrist which becomes more after doing some work..Pls advice

There may be two reason. .One is she may getting some cervical cord compression  or she may getting carpal tunnel syndrome.  . In both condition nerve used to get compressed at different level .. As well as some issue with muscles OF elbow(both anterior nd posterior compartment) may got myofascial trigger points.. Myofascial trigger points may be present in shoulder nd neck region muscles like . Supraspinatus ,teres minor ,p.major and upper trapezius. .
Next Steps
this outline is for what can be possibility but 90%chance is to having carpal tunnel syndrome .so plz approach to a physio..it will settle down. in 7-10days max ..

u can learn all stretching exercises of chest, shoulder ,arm,forearm and wrist and hand to prevent it in future. regards
