Bone & Muscle problems

Hello My wife is experiencing extreme pain in her arms since last 15 days. And now it is just not possible for her to bear that pain. She is in alot of pain. What can we do? Kindly suggest . Thankyou.

I am 26 year old male I have been suffering knee pain for the last 3 years. It is a continuous knee pain happens with me even if I am doing not any work still it happens I am tired and frustration from this knee pain. The prombelm arises when I did jump from the height and broke my talus bone. The doctors plaster that area been in cast for 2 months, but the impact of fall was more that it effect my knee too. The fracture of talus have been cure but I am still not able to get over my knee pain. The x ray of knee has been done, no fracture found MRI aslo done still no findings and for the last 3 years I have been visited so many doctors but I am not getting any solution of it why the knee has pain in it. I am become depressed about it and lost patience too, I am not able to understand why the pain is there and for how long it gonna be.I am not able to do any physical work become frustrated and lost patience and hope.

Since two days I have been suffering from muscle pain. More accurately, it's kind of a cramp-like ache which I really cannot describe. First it started from right thigh, then the next day I felt the pain in my left forearm, then the next day I felt in my left thigh. The ache is really unbearable. So what should I do? And is this symptoms of any disease?

I was playing basketball and had to make a quick stop and change directions. When I stopped, I heard and felt my knee pop. There was a sharp pain for a few minutes, but then it went away. Now, my knee aches off and on. It hurts when I jump, push off to run, land from jumping, and sometimes walking up or downstairs and on uneven surfaces.

I m having fibromyalgia from last month and doctor gave me dolonex and DUBEL-M but l still have lots of pain in my whole body no change in my condition so doctor changed my medicine and given me nucoxia , daxid and pregabid nt but the day I started this medicine l m having really fast heartbeats now l have not taken this medicine from 2 days still having fast heartbeat what should I do to get back it to normal?

I have heard, height growth can be extended to 23-24 years. Is it true? If it is, how can I add a couple of inches to my height in the next 3 years? What food should I eat? What exercises should I do? Any type of advice will help
