I have been facing knee pain(left leg) since Jan when I ran to catch a bus but before that I had ran w/o in 9minutesin a ground. Mir scan says nothing happened but I have pain. I need any help please this is my life matter I have plan to join police department actually I got interview for that but couldn't clear that .so have to prepare for next call. Please help me what are the best exercise and food to come out of this problem soon (within 1month)

Is it mandatory to go for surgery in the case of labrum tear? Is there any alternate solution for it? Please guide me.

Today I was playing my lacrosse game and I fell directly on my left shoulder. I soon had to come out of the game and let my coach check it. He believes my rotator cuff is causing the pain. Several hours after the game my neck started hurting and it continues to hurt along with my shoulder.

Slipped in bathroom 7 days back, tried oil massage although swelling is gone but the pain is still just about the same on right feet, it pains terribly while walking n increases with every step , it does not pain if im just siting or sleeping, is it fracture or just minor crack which will heal in time ?

I have been having back for last one month. Visited to general physician.I,m asked to do Xray report after done several check up.In report it is found that[L5 is completely sacralized and disc space between l5-s1 is reduced].I have been referred to orthopedic doctor.I am taking medicine for last two weeks.Yesterday I.e 31st March we come to know I am having sugar(random) 120.Doctor changed medicine.But pain is still there.Please suggest what should U do next? Hi, I am 23 year old. I played cricket after long time with my office colleagues. I am a bowler. After bowling 3 overs my knee joint pain started. It's about 2 weeks from my last played but, still my knee pain is there. When i am walking or doing something related to legs than only I feel knee pain. Is it somethinng serious issue with my knee?? Please suggest. Thank you in advance.
