Bone & Muscle problems

I have been having a pain in upper back, shoulders and neck since last few months. I have a sitting job and works for 10-12 hours daily.

Sir day before yesterday I fall down on my bike .at that time my right shoulder is injured whole my body weight is based on my hand ,I am taking pain killers to reduce my pain ,but I am not able to lift my hand properly

Joint pains every year from October to February. Some times it will be heavy if i use more number of steps during the day

I have sweeling in legs and whenever I wil walk or stand for more time I wil feel pain in legs ,any idea what is the cause of the problem

I am having pain in my hip to knee in my right leg..also in the shoulder region of my right hand.... It's been around 2 weeks.... I suspect that it is due to anterior pelvic tilt since I can see an apparent exaggerated lumbar curve also my pain aggravates when I try to. Maintain proper poster by trying to pull my hip inside.

I had an accident year back and hand there was a sprain in the hand that time. that hand is paining whenever i over work or carry some weights/luggage

Hello sir, i met with an accident 3 years ago during which i suffered leg injury. there were no fractures. but now i experience some pain in my leg which exaggerates on exertion also my leg has become weak. i consulted a doctor here, they prescribed a pain killer by which i got temporary relief. but my leg continues to pain sir, what should i do? please help.
