Bone & Muscle problems

My mom are is 62.last 6 months she not able to lift and can't carry anything in her left hand.she feeling severe pain when she trying to up or lift anything through her left hand.

I had a knee pain from which muscles aar also paining too much...went to doctor took med.nothing happens my joints aar also paining.

I am troubling in swelling in my right leg over all past 6 month but i have no pain my all report are clear Doppler / Snografic/ blood report etc , actually before 6 month i have go to picnic in Murud jangira after coming there i have face this problem, i have concern so many dctr but no one fine actually what is the issue because all report are normally , but now swelling in come to my foot thats way i am suffering pain in walking etc, but everyday swelling is down in night & swelling is increase in day on my foot if you are understand some so pls help me
