Bone & Muscle problems

I have been attending my Office Mini gym for more than one year. I have been lifting weights upto 50 Kg. Two months ago i got a near my right wrist and then in left wrist. Also i have elbow and should pain. I still can work out, but some kind of irritations are there.

Hi, My mother has acute solder and hand pain both side. She is even not able to understand wether it's in bone or in vein. I want to know what does this desieas called and is this curable. Adding one more info, my mother has gone thru her bith knee replacement 2year back and 4 month back one by one  consecutively. Please suggest any solution.

I have stretching pain in my lower back that increases when I do any physical activity and reduces after a certain period when I sit down. It stretches from the left lower back all the way to the legs.
