Constant joint pain in left side leg han

Asked for Female, 47 Years

I am 47 years old. I have constant joint pain in left side hand and leg for one month. I can't easily get up if I sit in the floor. My weight is 69 and my height 5 feet 1 inches. I got the sugar and bp test. Everything is normal. Can u pls suggest me wht to do.
