If you eat non vegetarian food then have a piece of chicken everyday or eat 2 eggs every day. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Make sure you go out into sunlight in the morning, to help your body make Vitamin D. Drink milk and eat curds.
Exercises Like core strengthening, pull ups/push-ups, gentle weights and yoga are good to help you maintain good bone and muscle strength.
