Ligaments get badly injured of left leg due to accident (auto rickshaw topples). 10 stitches(internal and external) come. Can you suggest after how much time external stitch is to be removed? Total after how much time I'll be able to walk and run.

I can't hardly walk - I have extreme pains all over the bottom part of my body (below the waist) - I have horrible pain in my groin areas - I have horrible feelings of pins & needles &/or RLS .. I desperately need to be able to control my pains WITHOUT the use of drugs - OR .. what is the best OTC pain relief I can purchase & always continue using, without it not being bad for me - how long can I use (as directed) ibuprofen? And, will a knee brace help me?

I am under treatment and taking "Warf 5mg" for past 8years. Without knowing it's side effects I used to train hard at gym. Later I realized it's effect on bone and now evry joint is paining. I am unable to even walk for long distance and unable to do household work bcoz of shoulder pain. Is it curable?
