After a long day of traveling (mumbai to pune and back in the same day) i got home and crashed. Slept a little odd in the car and then I think i slept on my arm( bicep) which was red and blue in the morning. Its been a 3 days now I don't feel any pain but theres the redness, which looks like a blood clot. How do i cure this?

Continuous pain in the right leg joint with the body for last two weeks. Seems like sprain and self cured. Earlier it was but very light pain once in a while.

My leg was affected by polio at the age of 2 yrs A doctor gave me treatment when i was young now i am now 22 yrs old and i cannot walk properly plz suggest me trearment so that i can walk/run like a normal individual

My vitamin D3 level came out to be 7. My doctor prescribed me to take one sachet of D-Rise sachet 1gm (60000 IU) once in every week. Is this dosage appropriate? Or should I reduce it?

They are expert in orthopedic. I had taken physiotherapy also. I used ayurvedic medicine also. Now im using homepathy medicine. But there is no improvement on my leg pain. Please suggest medication.
