Bone & Muscle problems

I had a sprain in my ankle Please suggest whether I should visit an orthopedist or a physiotherapist.

I am having knee pain after running from one week. It's painful while walking as well as running. I have tried some gel but it's not working. please I need help.

Sir I have a completely swelled up left foot with so much of pain on it. Right knee swelled up and sever pain. My lower back pain is killing me. I can't stand, walk or sit. Doctor has started a treatment for arthritis but other than this medicine, which is of no effect, what else I can do to help myself so that I can get over with these sever pain. Plz do rply

I've been having the muscular diastrophy case of facioscapulohumeral ( FSHD ) from 2 years ago in my right hand of the shoulder & i'm righty also so i'm facing a lot of problem in doing my work . My shoulder muscles are almost swallowed by inside due to M.D only uper layer of muscle & bone is left . It is genetic this disease i've got from my dad .

Back pain from 2 weeks very high pain can't even sleep well side by side can't be state plz help me sir

Yesterday i was jumping rope and doing some martial arts moves, so once when i jumped and landed on my leg then in my left knees i felt a cramp. After that i am not able to walk properly...feeling pain in my knees...also i am not able to make my leg straight...so do i need to take xray for that or it will be cured in few days???   From yesterday night i applied volini 3-4 times and covred the knees with craps bandage.....so will this help or do i need to apply ice instead of volini....till now no swelling is there and i am able to walk but not properly but when i make my leg straight i feel little pain on knees...

I had an injury 3 months ago. docter said that there is a fracture and acl torn. docter put a cast for 45 days. plaster was removed before 1 month. but still i am not able to walk without hockey stick. i am attached xray and mri report in attachment. please assist..please see my mri report and assist. I just stepped on a small piece of pointy rock while practicing for my dance sessions. Its hurting real bad under my feet. There's no external wound shown nor there's any form of bleeding outside. But that area under my feet is slightly starting to swell and its hurting.
