Bone & Muscle problems

Hi my age is 36.Height is 6'2" and weight is 92. I have body ache in different parts i.e. hands,shoulders,wrist,legs,thigs,ankle etc.While driving or sitting in car the back start paining.When i wake up in the morning and get up from the bed the sole start paining.It increases with exhertion and causes fatigue very quickly. Rest is OK.I eat my meals properly.Lifstyle is also normal.Zero tobacco and occasional drinking once in a month. Earlier also i had this probem of body and back ache but now it is getting acute. The confusion is whom to appeoach for this. Who is the right specialiat to consult with. Please suggest. Thanks

Felling pain in guts. Do not walk. If I am setting then not possible to walk and when I am walking then felling heavily pain in my guts. Please give suggestion and medicine. My age 48.

I am suffering from upper back pain since 15 days. i have checked up with doctor in my local city but the doctor advice me to take rest and do some exercise after testing my blood and x-ray. The doctor also gave me some medicine to take for 15 days. i have finished all the medicine but i am not feeling well. i still have same problem. kindly advice me how to get rid of my problem.

I have been suffering from moderate to severe pain below my right shoulder blade from the past two weeks.I used to rope skipping from the past 45 days.I do not feel any kind of pain when I sit ideally or while walking or running but I feel pain when I rotate my Right hand/shoulder and when I try to rotate my thorax and I also feel pain on the right side of middle back when I deep breath.I have visited Orthopaedician and undergone X rays of L and D spine and the report showed that there are no abnormal findings.The Esr is 11 in the range of 3-5 and CRP is positive.The doctor told me that the spine is little straight and he told me that it is caused by spasms.The doctor gave me antibiotic, NSAID and Ultracet.I feel little relieved when I take those pills.But after three to four hours the pain starts If I rotate my Shoulder Blade or rotate my thoraxI also feel pain on the right side back ribs when I concentrate my weight on that region during my sleep.Can u please help me on this.Thanks

I have been suffering from back pain since last few weeks.Already consulted the Doctor and done with X-ray.He suggested me to bed rest and gave some pain killers. But from last few days I have stopped taking pain killers and found that the it's started paining again .I'm not able to bend or sit for long time and even in the X-ray the doctor said that it could be slip disc. Please help .

I have a Ganglion cyst cultivated over a period of year on my forearm. It has grown to a size which is undesirable and I would like to take some action to remove it. Is aspiration still an option or should I go for a surgery ? What would be the cost range if I go ahead with surgery ? After the surgery, would I be able to use my arm normally after 2-3 days ?
