I have been having a pain under my heels and its more predominant when I am walking either bare foot or with flats, also, in case of long standing, my shine bone starts paining.

Heel pains in the morning and setters after a walk and again starts after an hour. this is for about a year

I am auffering from constant lower back ache for two weeks now. Pain is slightly towards the left lower back. Have done CT scam to rule out any stone in urinary bladder. Results were negative. Currently on tablets .
