Bone & Muscle problems

I am having this pain in bowel movement. The pain persists after defecation. There is no pain in anus, neither do I have any stomach cramps. It seems like some cramp in my hole down there. I touched something down there, and it hurt pretty bad.

Have a fracture neck of femur ,f/b AVN,now having pain constantly for last 5 yrs,on on an difficult NSAIDS for pain.please help

Severe problem in sleep positions and long seeting then walking . Pain in knee also. Pain decreases when after 5 minutes of walking. Age 30. Ankylose from last 4 years

I had a knee injury in 14year old... I was hit by stone when playing... Now I am 20yr old...now I fell there something in my knee ... I think stone get hit in the knee bone.. I have a pain in knee n thigh... Is this cause bone cancer???

Dear Dr. I need the consultation for my 21 months old daughter. She is a active girl, achieved all her milestones on time. But from few days I am noticing that her left foot is slightly tilted inwards and outer edges of the feet does not touch the ground completely. Right feet is completely ok. She fells quite often. I searched her symptoms on internet and found that this problem is called over pronation. Please dr. kindly suggest me the what is the reasons for such condition and what are the corrective measures for it.

Having pain in hand to neck. We have take pain killer tablet but no improvement found. Can we assist any tablet.

I got into an argument with my (now) ex boyfriend this morning. Things got heated and it was during a physical altercation that he threw me onto the tiled floor- head first. The back of my head immediately swelled up and I have iced it and applied pressure to try relieve the swelling. It has gone down a bit but it aches. Should I be worried?
