Bone & Muscle problems

I've pains on my hand and leg fingers and after that i have swelling and i have pain on my shoulder and spinal pain too.. i got this pain before 3 years and i consulted a doctor and using tablets also but there is no change..please help me out.

I've been experiencing pain in my leg just below the knee as a sudden one when i twist my leg to one side . i do not have the same with the other one what is the problem with that and can i do for that.

I am suffering from joint pains with head ache and swelling of shoulders. All tests and MRI both hands are negative. Persistent pain especially at night. Doctors advised me Prevailing and Vit D. Nech pain, muscle spasms and muscle withdraw symptoms are there. What can I do and to whom I have to consult.

I am heavily feel pain in my two knee. Doctor will advice after 1 month physiotherapy it reduce but now still feeling lot painin my two knee. Please give me advice how reduce pain because i am not walking any more.

A friend of my mine had a bone protrusion in her back which was operated in the month of February. The doctor has given her few exercises to do on a daily basis, avoid sitting at a place for too long and stay away from long distance travel. Although she is able to walk, do the normal chores and attend office but she is still unable to bend over and also lift heavy things. She has been doing the prescribed exercises daily and regularly consulting doctor. Is there any chance that she'll fully recover from this in near future? Also is there any likelihood of the symptoms recurring which would require another surgery?
