Acl ligament tear
Hello I recently met with an accident and did an MRI scan and the report said the ACL ligament has completely been teared off. My question is, is it really urgent to go for an operation(I'm still 21)? Can I wear knee immobilisers/ knee braces and get 3 to 4 week bed rest, will it heal in anyway?
