Pain in both legs & bac
1. Pain in both legs from very long time (lower part) 2. Right leg is thinner than left leg. (Lower part) 3. More pain in right leg (lower part) 4. Now acute unbearable pain in left thigh in front side muscles from 5 days. 5. Doctor says blood circulation is not proper (after massage with an Ayurvedic oil it's better now) 6. One doctor says its hernia (not visible) 7. One doctor says its sciatica. 8. One doctor says it's a nerve problem 9. When I go to toilet after feeling full pressure stool doesn't come out, not even when its soft. Qus: which specialist doctor should I consult? What type of tests I should prefer?

The fact that one leg is thinner than the other shows that the problem has been a chronic one and it is probably due to muscular wasting. I would suggest you to consult an Orthopaedician, get clinically assessed, take a x-ray and if needed, MRI of the LS spine too. This would diagnose or rule out sciatica. Accordingly, you can get treated further.
