I was facing problem sciatica pain on my right. Leg.iused medicines like naproxen,saaz,pregabalin,etova,etroxicine. but pain was not decreased so far. I taken MRI. Scanning, in that a hyperintensity noted at adjuatecent to the sacriliatic joint. I. Visited spine & orthopedic also. i used Ayurvedic treatment also. right now homeopathy medicines using, and​ also doing yoga regularly. iam vegetarian. Still pain was radiating right hip to ankel.

Sir when I was walking suddenly pain started in back of knee.this is for 1st time..never before happen like this..then I came to my room and take little rest but after walking some distance the pain started again but less compare to previous time..I have taken zerodol p I tablet.is normal or what to do

6 months back a morning pain started in my lower back it goes away as soon as I leave bed and started walking. I ignored but 3 months back pain radiates in LEFT hip area and then in thigh above knee. Pain was shooting (niddle type). Sometimes unbearable. My dad is Homepathy doctor so I have taken Homepathy treatment. Pain was in control but some time is suddenly come back. Other symptoms: Pain shoots while sneezing Pain shoots in damped weather Heat treatment gives immediate response I'm just 22 years old so I'm very much in tension due to this.

I have been doing functional training for 3 months. Since this form of exercise puts lot of stress on body parts, it usually causes some difficulties. I have pain in my quadriceps tendon of my right leg. I am able to walk but doing squats and lunges is painful. What would you suggest for recovery?

Hi, I am 26 year old male, I got the talus fracture injury about 3 years back, happens due to fall from height, the talus fracture has been cured, but since then I got some problem in my left knee too, I consult many doctors about it and they told me its nothing you do physiotherapy and all, but it has been three years the pain is still there, Finally I consult another doctor Got an MRI and report shows all the finding has been normal but there is Grade 2 ACL tear. The doctor suggest me to go for ACL reconstruction surgery at earliest. I want to know if that has been the only solution for this or there is another way like doing physiotherapy and also I am worried about after surgery process like will I able be normal. How much time it would take? Will I able to run,play sports and all? Please suggest me what should I do about it ? Thank you in Advance.

Knee pain on right side which pains a lot when I walk for long hours. sometimes there is pain , sometimes no pain. i visited several doctors. everybody has different opinions . few says it's a ligament tear, few says it's nothing. I am not able to decide what's should be done. please Help. coz it hurts and its difficult to walk properly. kindly suggest the best remedy. coz I need to treat it asap as I am a Working lady. I don't want this knee pain to end me from Working.
