Horrible pain left leg knee while withstanding. I need to strech my leg for few minutes and get up. I can getup suddenly. Please suggest

I had a mild pain towards the side of index finger in my right foot . And it increased gradually in 2-3 days and th pain couldn't be controlled by even pain killers. I consulted a doctor and had an x-ray of my right foot which came as completely normal. doctor suggested that I have increased level of uric acid and prescribed medication accordingly

Is there any cream, vaccine or therapy to loose the inside muscles of upper leg joint because it is very tight , i cant sit by touching my knee to my chest(squat position) please tell me the best possible way to treat it. Thank-you

I have a High level of estradiol 91 pg/ml, my testosterone is normal 9ng/ml. all the other hormone I tested are in good level LH, FSH ...etc. just little lack in colesterol HLD. I did these tests because I suffer from a very fine bones, low Weight and no beard at all, even at chin. I have 24 years old. thanks

Hello doc,          I have a neck stiffness and sholder radiating pain for 6 weeks. Now it has reduced to 80%. I have taken tabs, physio. its been 2 weeks now, slight arm pain is there and it slightly agrivates at night. i am doing slight muscle strengthening exercise as well pls suggest.
