Pain in center of chest when pressed
I am a woman of 30 yrs old. I have no history of such pain. It seems the pain occurs whenever I press at sternum area. I don't feel pain while coughing or heavy breathing, but all of the sudden I felt pain once while i was Washing dish in the kitchen.

It could be a muscle pull. However due to proximity of painful area to vital organs it would be better to visit an orthopedic or a physician
