The pain most likely is tightness in neck and upper back muscles. Try stretching exercises and use ice packs for 10 mins after exs three times. If pain persists plz consult a Physiotherapist who can use ultrasound therapy and IFT etc to reduce pain. Later u can do strengthening exercises as tolerated.
