Feet is Paining, swelling
My Right feet ankle (ahead of arch) is Paining and swelling and 2nd toe is also swelling since past 2 months X ray normal , uric acid serum normal, CBC normal, have done hot and cold bath , wax bath, ultrasonic therapy, I am not sure how it started but i ran for 12 kms on a fine day and pain started after 1 week Recently ortopaedic specialist has put a POP slab for 15 days  but i have removed it after 4 days as i have to travel in train

Hey by what you explain it could be a simple strain on your forefoot. Try and see if you extend your toes does it hurt? If yes we need to lessen that movement . Also try and put a small support using papers, folded on to the ball of great toe and try walking and see if the pain is less
