23, skinny body, 60kg. Whenever I start to hit gym or start working out at home, after a few days my face starts to bloat. It begins to look like moon face and cheeks become puffy. I always have a low fat diet and drink 10 glasses of water everyday. On doing face exercise and chewing gums the condition gets worsened. What is the problem with me?
