Pain in knee
I am having pain in both knee.My doctor ask me for Xray and report says- There is reduction of medial knee joint space on both sides. How it can be treated.

It depends on the severity of the joint reduction it can be treated via Physiotherapy which will include electrotherapy for few days so that your pain comes down followed by exercises which will be the mainstay of this condition
