I want to go to gym
My left hand got fractured while I was 11 years old . i can move and do all the activities normally and in an usual manner. My elbow was hurt as the bone was broken right there and then they insertd springs in my elbow and removed them later after ten days . And now I am 20 years old. Can I go to gym?

Hi, I am not sure how the healing was of your fractured area but I am sure that the pain shouldn't be the fracture area Either your arm muscles might be weak or some other issues Please elaborate on area of pain and how did it start Until it's sorted out what is the elbow pain due to do not do any weight training you can Ofcourse go to the gym and do cardio and legs
