Hi, I am not sure how the healing was of your fractured area but I am sure that the pain shouldn't be the fracture area
Either your arm muscles might be weak or some other issues
Please elaborate on area of pain and how did it start
Until it's sorted out what is the elbow pain due to do not do any weight training you can Ofcourse go to the gym and do cardio and legs
