Bone & Muscle problems

I've pain in my lower back as well as in my right leg due to muscle pull. As i was doing some work at home and lifting some weight so muscle got pull and now I'm unable to walk as well due to that pain

Since one week one extended muscle spherical in shape came out and it's paining now .male age 48 yr.

I had hairline fracture in my little finger 1 month back. I put it on splint support for 3 weeks. Doctor said casting not required. Now it's been 1 week I removed that support and doing movement in hot water. But swelling is not going only. Is it still some problem is there.

I am suffering from full body pain from last few days. no fever is there. Taken pain killer but no rescue is there.

I am having pain in my knee joint from past 5 days.My knee was injured and got swollen. Now the pain is less but tke swelling is still there and i am not able to move my knee completely. When i try to move it pains. I had X-ray and there was no fracture. So please advice me how to bring my leg condition as good it was before.

My spinal back pain in L-5 s1 nd L1-2.i am not able to stand aur cant sit i have cinsulted to dr. But i m not satisfied bcoz they are not giving me proper precaution

My ✋ is not working properly bcoz there is problem in my bone. when I am gng to do any work it's very hurting. I don't know what should I do so plz. tell me any better option.

I Am facing pain in my rioght thigh and pain bewlo my nee on left leg my age is 30 yrs , facing this issue since 5-6 days but its actually that much that it takes time to sit and stand even difficult to climb stairs

My wife has got lump near the armpit area. Which doctor shall we consult? Is it a shine of something dangerous?

I went to trip to Mangalore in the year of 2012. After coming I got fever and cold..I took treatment but cold not cleared , the cold level was very much..same taken treatment in so many clinics but not cleared fully. Finally in Kamakshi hospital Mysore doctor told u have sinusitis in your nose. same diagnosed but problem not cleared meanwhile I was experiencd every day back neck short legs and hands pains, tiredness and feel uncomfortable always.finally I had major surgery to my nose in yashomathi hospital in the year 2015 but back neck shoulder and hands pains not cleared but cold problem reduced...body pain problem increased again I showed in Manipal hospital Bangalore found vitamins D and B12 was low in the year 2014 but on that time I was not taken proper treatment. Again in 2017 I showed same in Manipal vitamins levels are very low..taken treatment from jan to March-17 after that checked the levels found normal. But my body pains not cleared please give suggestions​ sir.
