Bone & Muscle problems

This problem has been started since 2 years Actually problem is nothing but gradually swelling has started to appear around eye areas and my facial structure has been changed enough I have no idea what should I do?

Please check my enclosed reports and tell me from what I'm suffering. I have fever and severe joints pain from past two days.please help me

Long for week i diagoned with vitamin d3 deficiency level less then 10.5 pls help,Since i am taking mediciene but not recover yet 5% .I also want to know why my level down so much,I am working person my ave is 33 years some time both shoulder paining leg pain pin in my leg body.

Walking 6 hours a week last year had pain in tops of legs then got tingling in left leg below the knee cut the walking down had it few times since and at the weekend after walking for 40 mins tingling for over 9 hours

I had an injury 4 month ago. docter put 15 days kaccha plaster cast after that 45 days pakka plaster cast put. plaster was removed 2 months ago. docter said that there is a fracture and partial acl tear.. I have not done any operation. but still i am not able to walk properly. when i move and bend my leg. knee makes pop up sound inside knee. so assist what should i do.
