Bone & Muscle problems

My x-ray, mri are normal. Menstrual for 15day took ayurveda drugs. It has been 2 months 15 days can't carry weight or exert more than 4 hours.all my medication stop 20 days ago.

I met with accident shoulder nd and hand surgeried My hand has bandage since a month after bandaged removed hand is nt working normally Regular exercises are going on but Wrist nd hand unable to turn

Involuntary movement of finger adjacent to thumb of right hand.this movement is occurring frequently. But there is no pain or any other issue.

The fingers of my right hand become stiff (as when there is swelling) when I wake up in the morning and there is pain in the joints. This pain generally reduces in the day but does not go away completely. I'm not able to press anything because of this. I am taking medicines for BP since the last 7 to 8 years . Till now I have not been detected of any Sugar problem I got myself tested around two months back and everything was within the limits. I also have a stiff neck regularly. Please advise as to what type of treatment I should take

I was diagnosed with giant cell tumor in my right knee 2 years back and was treated with bone grafting with a doner bone powder I'm not able to fold my leg or stretch completely .I waited till now as my doctor told for a 2nd operation where the bone will be replaced with my bone taken from hip.but now he is telling I won't be able to fold my leg even after operation.so now I'm worried. I want to know what are the options now Can I regain complete movement??

Sir my wife is pre diabetic and she is having lot of pain knee and thighs if she sit down, not able to get up unless she takes a saport of something.we have consulted Dr he gave multiy vitamins tab but still she is suffering form pain , please advise me what to do should i consult orthopedic or neurological dr.

My brother leg fracture on Saturday. It was intratrochantaric fracture of femur. Surgery was done on Wednesday. Upto now ten days completed. Please suggest me regarding this case for fast recovery. Type of exercise and food. Days required for rest. If u give me permission I will send X-ray reports. Thanking you.

Side thighs pain and lower back pain maybe due to food change or due lack of exercise currently trying water swimming pool work outs
