Constant Back Stiffness
I have back stiffness from past one and a half yrs. sometimes its grows more n sometime it is less. when i am at rest it grows more and cant even stand properly. I have to take help to get up. every morning when i get up sometime my neck muscle get stiff sometime shoulder, sometime back and even sometime i hv pain in my chest sternum. kindly help

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Tab. Zerodol-th8 twice a day after food for 3 days.
