  4. Ankel pain. I got hurt on my ankel.

On Monday i.e 26/06 I had an accident.where I got hurt on my ankel. Next morning there was sweeling and pain. After consulting the doctor he told me there is ligament tear and will have to take 2 weeks bed rest. But after 2 days there is no sweeling and hardly there is any pain.kindly guide.

As your doctor has suggested pls follow the same as ligament tear will take time to heal .. so pls take bed rest ..

Pls consult a physiotherapist also after 2 weeks to guide you further
