Can't walk properly due to that ,why did that that happen I have no idea backbone pain is also there

I am diagnosed with HLAB27 Positive . As there is no effective treatment in allopathy . Can it be treated in homeopathy or Ayurveda ? I am doing regular exercises and maintaining active lifestyle. What options I have right now to minimize the risk factor involve in this Disease. Please suggest. currently I have problem in stiffness in my back
