Hii....I am 48 yrs old. My weight is 85kgs and height is 5'5". I have a knee pain problem. My knee x-rays revealed that the cartilage has been eroded and space between femur and tibia has reduced,w so due to their friction pain occurred. Could u plz suggest which Amway supplement should I use to regenerate the cartilage??? Also hav thyroid problem.

Sir/madam. I have having pain in my left knee because of jogging brisk walking. I have also undergone patella surgery following fracture in my right knee. Now that is ok. But jogging left me invalid to walk . Physiotherapist told me that your injured knee has led ur muscle weak resulting in more wait on the left one. So take the rest and do exercise for the injured knee. But that is not helping me as the pain os still there even after five days of rest. Plz help me
