Bone & Muscle problems

I had took one test from our company where they took our bonedensity check from ankle of my feet which has got 3 times fractured at age of 13,14, 21.currently am running 32 year of my life. the results showed low vitamin d levels and low bone density.currently since last 3 months I consulted a doctor few month aga and he recomended somepills,

Mri study reveals Partial disruption of femoral attachment of anterior cruciate ligament with altered axis. There is linear hyperintense signal in posterior horn of medial meniscus suggesting grade 2 tear extending upto capsular surface. Kindly suggest what should I do. Pain and swelling is there.. popping sound is heard. Unable to walk. Surgery is required or not... plzzz guide.

I had an ACL surgery in the month of january this year and still i experience pain if i walk more tan 2-3 kms.

Dear doctor, My daughters vitamin D is as low as 8. She is fair skinned and probe for freckles so she uses sunscreen only onnthe face. Though she has fortified drinks and D rich food she is not exposed to direct sunlight since she leaves at 7 and comes back by 4:30 and vehicles and school ate air conditioned. Playgrounds are covered by solar panels. She is right now on a vitamin d course. When we requested the school to let the children get exposed to sunlight for 15 mins everyday, they said we can let the children play in the sun on weekends. We stay in chennai. Is sun exposure on weekends enough? What is the safest and best time snd how long should she stay in the sun? Thank you!

I am suffering back, chest,neck pain. It's increase at night and stream in morning. When I streach out in morning get realif little bit. It's happening last four months.

Sir, two weeks back I fell down from my bike and my right knee got injured. No sign of fracture in x-ray. There is still swelling in the leg and knee area. Doctor told swelling has to reduce in order to do MRI. I'm not able to walk normally. I don't know if it is ligment heir problem. Please remove my confusion  and worry of recovering period by throwing some light on my situation.

My husband is having a constant pain on his left foot finger specially when he give pressure on it and walk, we have checked but no uric acid has been found. please suggest something which can remove his pain without visit regularly to any doctor as he is a force personnel, and won'y be having time to visit doctor regularly.

I have undergone elbow surgery 2 yrs ago another surgery 10 yr ago. But after elobow surgery i not able to do my hand straight fully (there is 5-10 degree gap). I consulted with two ortho doctors both said ther is no problem in surgery you will able to straight your with passage of time but still i am able to do so.. what i should do now.

The pain in lower back is continuing till my left leg , i need to strain to get up and walk . It's been there for more than 2 weeks now, not sure it it is a sciatic nerve problem. Please help!
