Yesterday I Skid from steps , today I have pain and unable to bend arm.plz suggest me to scan or any  other  way...

I get severe pain of medial side of my right knee as soon as I try to stretch it. It's been 12 hours on bed. There's not much swelling that I can see. I don't know what happened. I just rolled my leg trying to change position while laying down on bed. Plz help

Last year due to excessive running and shoes problem I suffer to planter fascia in my leg in both leg .I have showed this to  bone doctor and they recommend physiotherapy ,later I took treatment of 2week daily to physiotherapy. After couple of days pain reduce but it increased if I walk to much .and its almost 1year ,now I am able to walk and run but after running when I wake up in next morning my feet hurts too much ,even today I can't stand more than 2-3hrs .could you please suggest some treatment because 10% it's still yet to recover.

Lower back severe pain..never had this problem before. Don't remember any lifting of heavy weight...

The fracture got healed but even after 6 months, there is still pain, swelling and frequent numbness. How much time does it take for complete recovery or is there something wrong?

Does this case requires surgery? Because there is tearing of anterior and antero-inferior glenoid labrum with periosteal stripping from glenoid. Also there is mild right shoulder joint effusion and minimal Fluid surrounding biceps tendon. Also with Hill Sach's defect. Kindly suggest because I would like to know if all this can be cure with medicines other than surgery.
