I have been with this problem last two days.when I am sitting exactly left to my spine it pains.visited local general doctor .He prescribed to have a medicine called diclofenac prolonged release

My mother suffering from rheumatoid arthritis .want to replace both the knees . requesting suggestions regarding this matter.

1) Early degenerative osteoarthritic changes in from of reduction in joint space , osteophytic lipping , articular cartilage thinning / loss and subchondral cystic changes ( predominantly at patellar lateral facets ) 2) Grade II signal involving posterior horn og medial meniscus . Roots , anterior horn and body appear normal.

Suffering from gout from 6 years but recently got rheumatoid arthritis tried a lot but can't overcome from this . I really want a better cure and make me normal please

I have been in pain for more than two months in my gouts first in the right and now on the left. I took some medicines like no uric and Agout with othe pain killers and infalimation.. it seems not going away.. what should I do??
