Bone & Muscle problems

I have muscle aches for so many years now. Arms, shoulders and thighs are stiff and i can feel trigger points at back. I have been taking neugaba and prothiaden for so many years and cant leave now as i get constant tension headaches.

I got accident 2 weeks back . after advice form Dr. I did MRI scan and result is like Complete ACLTear with mild joint effusion and type -|| hyperintensity in posterior horn of medial meniscus. Now I m not able to understand actually what happened in my knee.Now My Dr. state the knee operation is required.

Sir, I have pain in both knees, elbows and joint of elbows to shoulder . pain in backbone. I met with Doctor first they told on getting x-rays of both knees and back bone that gap between bones reduced. and gave some medicine since last 6-months but my pain is still there. Sometimes when I get up from sleep, I felt numbness in my both hands also.

Hi , i want to know what to do incase of severe pain under feet whenever i wake up and remains for whole day.

Constant pain legs, hands joints bone last 3 month constantly pain in legs ,hand and joints bone... report are normal anticcp , ana , hemoglobin, crp , rp and uric acid too. we live in saharanpur here every dr we tries but no relife .. plz can u help us . this time  feel extream pain everyday

Just twisted my ankle causing lots of pain . Bu there is no swelling or any cut. but its very painful while putting my leg on floor.

I have pain in my hip area.i took x Ray and then MRI.one doctor told nerve entered into disc and so need to take bed rest for 21 days.Another doctor told me that as I'm only 37 yrs no need take rest and need to avoid bending hip and dont bend knee.what I have to do sir?

I have been experiencin severe heel pain, the pain is towards the sides, I am unable to walk without pain inspite of using MCR slippers, initially it used to be in the mornings now whole day i get pain even when i sleep I get pain, kind of palpitations, i feel i have temperature on my feet, I tried hot water soaking, no use pls help!

Stomach pain, not able to eat and digest properly. Pain in calves. Has knocking knees and little flat feet

Female of 84 years, both knees suggested by Doctor in Assam to be replaced.... having severe pain since last 6 months.
