Bone & Muscle problems

I have avn and I was thinking of drinking warm water from now on. I have read that warm water increases blood circulation and have other benefits also, so should I start drinking warm water.

There is a pain in my right hip, and behind the knee. I did physiotherapy for 2 months. Also followed that electronic therapy in physiotherapy clinic for 2 months but still the pain is not going. Please advise. Please note I have not done the MRI

My left knee having problem while walking i am not able to run and walk problem. I don't know how did happen to me.

I've been having excessive knee pain since yesterday. I woke up in the morning with it. There was no injury at all. No swelling or redness. it is like a continuous pain in my left knee and whenever I try to move it a bit a shocking sensation is happening. I have a stressful work culture and I need to work for more than 14 hrs/day. 6 hrs sleep.

It is started at the last months of my delivery. and after 5 months of delivery it is continuous in the joints of my both wrist. it is very difficult to do any type of work in which the wrist movement involve.

My grandmother thigh has broken it divided into two parts.it happened 25 days before today.will it damage her thigh muscle or not?because when we were consult a doctor for her surgery they refuse for it.they said that she will not tolerate surgery and anesthesia because of her age is 85 so they said you should took her home and take care .

Mild L4 & L5 disc bulge with punctuate annular tear mildly compressing the thecal sac. Small C3-C7 disc bulges mildly indenting the anterior CSF space. The above is my MRI impression. Kindly advise

Its close to 48 hours since my Index finger and middle finger of left hand got crushed by the car door. It was swollen very badly. I kept using ice and used crepe band also.Now my middle finger is better but index finger still has a little swelling and is paining. Please suggest
