Fever with severe body and joint pains
I am getting high fever (102-104) on alternate days early morning. The fever last for 1-2 hours and then subside. Test for Typhoid, Dengue and Malaria are negative. Platelets count is ok.. what may be the reason. Doctor has done the Malaria Rapid test for verfication. There is continued body and joint pain

Test for dengue and typhoid r usually negative during 1st 5 days of fever, repeat it after 5 days of fever
