Constant lower back pain

I went cliff jumping and landed wrong. From the top of my hips to my tail bone is a constant pain and it hurts worse to move. There are also spots near my neck that hurt. I also hadn't had the urge to urinate but I don't know if that is relevant or not but I still can go to the bathroom and I have been intaking more water.
