  4. West & leg joint pain sinch long time.

West & leg joint pain sinch long time
Hello Dr. My mother is 68 years now and suffering from pain for the last 5 years in leg which starts from West to knee and ankle on both legs. We consulted in Medanta Ranchi and tested MRI, we followed as prescribed. Excercise, LS belt, western toilet etc, but no relief. Now "Gabaneuron" asked to take twice a day, any review how is it?

Get a custom made insole. Hams Stretching. Sports Taping. Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.
