We need to diagnose the type of joint problem so it's better to consult doctor. As she is 43 there is a chance of degeneration in joints. I suggest you to go for Ayurveda n get permanent or long lasting relief with natural medicine

U will have to be examined first to ascertain which joint is affected and the cause of pain by an orthopaedician before just prescribing medicines.. For sugars.. U ll have to get back to a physician with FBS, PPBS and also get evaluated for the systemic effects of diabetes
