Acl tear and it's reconstruction surgery
Sir it's been 10 days of my ACL RECONSTRUCTION SURGERY. Hamstring graft is used (Autograft). Stitches have been removed but I can feel numbness at the site of hamstring harvest. Swelling is still there. There is little pain also. I can't bend my knee more than 25 degree. Please guide me.
Is that normal?????? What else can I do.??

Sir. Keep patience and hire a Physio he will help u to get rid of it. It's natural for another 14 days... sometimes it's take 3-4 week to recovered completely
